Can I use my own prices?
Yes. Set fixed airport fares and vehicle rates. Mileage quotes require the operator's Google Maps API keys.
How do customers pay?
You can connect your own Stripe account in the operator dashboard. Stripe fees are separate from your Tripora membership.
Do drivers receive jobs?
Assign drivers in dispatch, give them a driver login, or open a prepared WhatsApp message for a job and tap Send yourself.

Does Tripora take a commission on bookings?
No. Tripora takes 0% commission on your customer bookings. Your payment provider may charge its own processing fees.
Can I use my WordPress or Wix website?
Standard integration is included in setup for compatible WordPress and Wix sites. You can also share a hosted booking link. We confirm the best option for your site during the walkthrough.
Can customers find their bookings and request changes?
Customers can sign in by email to review journeys and request changes. Your team remains in control of approvals.
What costs are separate from the monthly plan?
Card processing, your own Google Maps usage and other third-party charges are separate where applicable. See the plan details before activation.
